I wonder what the frame is, probably an old Jeep. If not it’s got to be custom.

Any way I want it, I bet I could get it road legal here in Wisconsin. I want to drive it and never ever wash it.

This one is clearly built on a Jeep chassis. The missing doors and flip-up windshield give it away.
